Mission
Around 43,000 grassroots clubs once powered community sport across the UK. In the years that followed, surveys warned of thousands closing or at risk, including an estimate of about 2,600 folded in one year alone.
Â
We built Tactiq Club to help stop that. Free tools for availability, admin structure, treasury payments and engagement, so the people who run the club can keep it alive.
What You Get
Our features
01
Smart availability
Players tap Available, Unsure or Unavailable. Staff see who’s in before kickoff, and Tactiq chases anyone who has not replied.
02
One schedule
Fixtures and training in one place. Import a season list, share the plan, and let everyone add it to their own calendar.
03
Match-day squads
Build starters and bench with positions that fit your sport, then publish the lineup to the team in seconds.
04
Fees without the chase
Send payment requests for subs, match fees or kit. Take card payments, record cash, and see exactly who still owes.
05
Club chat that stays with the plan
Broadcast to the club, message a team, or use the thread on every fixture. Push and in-app alerts keep changes from getting lost.
06
Results, stats and duties
Log results and appearances, crown Player of the Game, and assign kit wash, transport and other jobs so the load does not sit on the same two people.
