Pick your squad in the app
Build your match-day lineup with starters, bench and positions, then publish it to the team. Tactiq knows your sport: 11 for football, 15 for rugby, 7 for netball, 5 for basketball. It prompts you for a captain, and a wicket-keeper for cricket, and warns you before you go out short.
Collect subs and match fees without the chasing
Send payment requests for subs, match fees or kit, take card payments through Stripe, and let Tactiq remind whoever has not paid. Split a season into instalments, record cash and bank transfers, take part payments, and see exactly who owes what. No more spreadsheets or shoeboxes of cash.
Every message and reminder in one place
Broadcast to the whole club, message a single team, or use the thread Tactiq opens for every fixture. Push notifications and an in-app inbox keep everyone up to date on fixture changes, lineups and payment reminders, with email as an option for anyone who wants it.
Sort the jobs nobody volunteers for
Assign kit wash, transport, snacks, refereeing, scorekeeping and setup to named people, event by event. They get notified, and the whole team can see who is doing what.

Safe by default
Clubs include children, so safety is not an afterthought. Every member can report a message or block another user. Messages are screened for objectionable language before they send. We review reports and act within 24 hours.

Setting up takes a few minutes. Tactiq is free to download and free to run your club. There is no subscription. The only cost is on card payments, which carry a fee of 3.25% + £0.45 of the amount charged, and your club chooses whether it absorbs that or the player pays it.
