Delete your Tactiq Club account

There are two ways to delete your account and the personal data linked to it. You do not need to be logged in to read this page.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

How to Delete Your Tactiq Account

Warning: Deleting your account permanently removes your access and personal profile. This action cannot be undone.

Steps:

Open Tactiq and tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
Under ACCOUNT, tap Account (the row labelled "Email, password & name").
Scroll to the bottom of the page to the DELETE ACCOUNT section.
Confirm your identity:
- Email & password sign-in: type your current password in the "Confirm your password" box.
- Google sign-in: skip this step — no password needed.
Tap Delete my account.
When the confirmation appears, tap Delete to confirm.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email us from the address on your account and we’ll process the deletion: Email tactiqclub@gmail.com Please include the email address or username on the account so we can verify it’s you.

Deleting a child’s account (guardians)

If you manage a child’s account through a guardian link, you can delete the child’s account and data using either option above. As the child’s parent or guardian you may also, at any time, ask us to review or remove the child’s personal data without deleting your own account. Email tactiqclub@gmail.com.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted we remove the personal data associated with it — your profile, account details, guardian/child links, and your usage history — from our active systems. This data is also purged from our backups within 30 days.

What we keep, and why

We do not store your card or payment-card details. Payment and transaction records are held by our payment provider, Stripe, which retains them as required for tax, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes under its own terms and applicable law. We may also retain limited records where needed for security or to establish or defend legal claims, only for as long as necessary.

How long it takes

In-app deletion takes effect immediately for your account access. Full removal from our systems and backups completes within 30 days. Email requests are actioned within 30 days of us verifying your identity.
